Franchise owners, Kevin and Christine Seymour bought the existing Harcourts Pukekohe Franchise 1st September 2018. Already a well-respected brand, Kevin and Christine have set about installing an energy and enthusiasm in the office that has made it a business of attraction to buyers, sellers and staff.

Kevin has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and has established a strong reputation in the rural field. Moving to Pukekohe in 2012, he quickly became the first port of call for rural real estate solutions in the region. Although Christine has only lived in Pukekohe for five years, she was a familiar face in the local schools where her creativity and zest for life enthused her pupils. She has now transferred this energy into creating the best real estate team in Franklin.

Kevin and Christine have large goals for the Pukekohe office, sitting as it does in an area of major population growth. The popular couple are both very involved in the community and are proud of both their office and their team. Kevin says ‘ Franklin and Pukekohe must singularly be the most exciting district in New Zealand. We chose this area because of the people, community and the growth’.
