Forbes joined Kelleher Real Estate in late 2020, working as a sales executive alongside the company’s fast-growing team of real estate professionals.
In this role he is closely involved in planning and executing Kelleher Real Estate’s unique, bespoke property marketing campaigns, aiming to achieve outstanding results for vendors.
Forbes brings significant experience as an account manager with a national New Zealand brand to his role with Kelleher Real Estate. This experience equips him well in dealing with both vendors and purchasers, as well as providing him with exceptional customer service skills and a keen ability to anticipate people’s needs.
He places high importance on approachability and clear communication, along with a drive to continue acquiring and sharing knowledge. He values gaining people’s trust through a constant focus on integrity and ensuring processes are transparent and straightforward. Originally from Edinburgh, Forbes now calls Christchurch his home having settled here with his wife and son. In his spare time you will see him mountain biking in the Port Hills, playing football for his local club and spending time with family and friends.
