Born and raised in West Auckland, it's the only home Ashley has ever known.

Her path into real estate started young — she began in admin at just 15, working weekends and after school, and fell in love with the industry from there. Over the years she worked her way up through property management and a stint as a PA before moving into sales, building a solid foundation along the way.
