While the team at Taylor Rentals is packed full of variety, one thing everyone has in common is an over-developed sense of responsibility. We are conscientious to the point of obsession, and this determination to always do the right thing has never let us down. Within Auckland’s real estate industry and the Ray White community, we regularly pick up awards for our service standards and ability to innovate. We have just recently won the Innovation and Excellence Award in Property Management for 2016.

Our property managers reflect Auckland’s melting pot – a bunch of different cultures, all sorts of commercial backgrounds and ages ranging from 20 something to 60+. Some of us were born and bred in Auckland, and some of us moved here from other countries. Having both perspectives of our city helps us to be emphatic and effective property managers.

As a cohesive team we share ideas and knowledge, so that we’re continuously getting better. We also help each other out, ensuring that the famous Taylor Rentals level of service is consistent – even when disaster strikes.

One philosophy that separates us from competitors is our practice of limiting our property managers’ portfolios, to make sure there’s enough time in every day to complete urgent tasks. Another thing that’s different about our business is a total focus on rentals; we don’t mix property management with the very different business of selling properties.

Established more than 30 years ago by Mary Taylor, as an extension to husband Pat’s real estate business, Taylor Rentals is big enough to be well-known and small enough to be agile and adaptive. We operate under the branding umbrella of an international franchise, however we’re a true local Auckland business. Landlords and tenants alike appreciate our sense of duty and devotion to client satisfaction.
