Our Remuera location at 2 Dilworth Avenue is where it all started. We spied this amazing building, the derelict Remuera Telephone Exchange, more than 20 years ago and recognised its potential to become an iconic headquarters.

Developed sensitively to reflect its industrial chic ancestry, this elegant building provides a base for our Remuera sales team. It also houses our property management division, as well as the UP management, design and administration team.
