In May 1973, Warwick Todd established his own boutique real estate, property management and auctioneering company under the name of Warwick Todd Limited, and based his activities in a delightful colonial home on Bealey Avenue.
Since 1973, the company has thrived in this rapidly expanding city and has gained recognition from the business leaders in Christchurch by providing a highly professional service in all aspects of real estate marketing. Throughout this period the company has concentrated its resources and energy in maintaining a single specialist real estate office with integrity, professionalism and staff with knowledge and experience.
The pride of name and associated sense of commitment that private ownership brings was maintained in 1995 with Warwick's retirement and sale as a going concern to Graeme Woodley, a career real estate professional and Cantabrian since birth. Graeme is a Past President and Life Member of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
