"I highly recommend Ashleigh Abels as a real estate sales agent.   Earlier this year Ashleigh approached me to discuss if I would explore putting my property on the market.  After discussion with Ashleigh, I resolved to tidy the property up and renovate the bathroom at my own pace.   During the "tidy up",  Ashleigh also had great suggestions about what to renovate and what not to which balanced my interests of selling the property while not spending money unnecessarily.    As the renovations slowly progressed, I was actually quite impressed with Ashleigh's patience because I expected her to insist that I commit to selling the property with her immediately but her focus was getting the property to a standard which would attract the right buyer.  After a couple of months, the property was put on the market.  Ashleigh tailored our marketing plan to our needs and budget while also being extremely hands-on i.e due to miscommunication at my end, when the photographer came to the property, it was not quite ready so Ashleigh pulled up her sleeves and ensured that the property was presentable for the photos (which was completely beyond her job description and our expectations). Ashleigh diligently updated us frequently about the interest received and made herself available for potential buyers.  Quite frankly, I did not expect our property to sell for the price it did; it sold for over 20% more than the next door adjoining property (which is almost identical) only a couple of months later. The only explanation in this instance for this disparity in price was the agent - Ashleigh is very good at what she does."
