I absolutely LOVE Real Estate.
I pride myself on the service that I provide my clients. The fact that Real Estate allows me to change people’s lives for the better brings me great joy. I know that I go above and beyond to get the best result for you.
Born and bred in Wellington. Lance calls Lyall Bay home but his love for Wellington and Real Estate in the ‘Coolest Capital Of The World’ runs deep.
After more than a decade as one of Ray White’s top-performing agents, Lance made a bold move to Lowe & Co. It wasn’t about change for the sake of change — it was about alignment. A Wellington-based, Wellington-owned company that truly understands the city and its people. It was the right fit, and the right move, for both Lance and his clients.
Widely regarded as one of Wellington’s leading real estate agents, Lance brings experience, strategy, and calm confidence to every sale. When you choose Lance to sell your home, you can be certain you are in safe, capable hands — from the first conversation to the final result.
His tagline, Taking ‘CARE’ of Business, is more than a nod to his love of Elvis — it’s a promise. CARE defines how Lance operates. He understands that selling your home is one of the biggest financial and emotional decisions you’ll ever make. That’s why he treats every transaction with respect, focus, and genuine commitment, always going above and beyond to achieve the very best outcome for his clients.
If you’re thinking of selling, don’t leave it to chance.

A little bit about me:
A true Wellingtonion
I was born and bred in Lyall Bay, Wellington, educated at Lyall Bay School, Evans Bay Intermediate and had my college years at Rongotai College, where I was Head Boy in 1999.
After College, I went up to Wellington Teachers College and completed a Bachelor of Education Degree. I taught Primary School children in Wellington for 2 years before I headed off on my O.E. and taught in London for 3 years. I returned to New Zealand and continued to teach Primary in the Wellington Region for a further 5 years. So, after a ten year successful teaching career, I decided that it was time for a career change.
