Meet Team EXCEED - Scott Jarrett and Stuart Lougher

Scott and Stuart's combined years in the industry make them the most experienced agents in our district.

When it comes to skillsets required to perform effectively (customer relations, negotiating a sale, qualifying buyers, etc.), many agents—despite some time in the industry—are still learning what is just instinctive to this team.

Both are well known in the community and have contributed meaningfully – Stuart was chair of the Whakatane Community Patrol for 10 years, and Scott served 12 years on our District Council. Scott is still supportive and participating in Theatre Whakatane, on committee and in productions.

Whilst experience is not everything, you cannot take that away. When working with these guys, there is a genuine element of trust; they communicate well, and both have received notable awards for achievement in sales.
