With over ten years of sales and leadership experience, I am a rising star in real estate, bringing strong negotiation skills, in-depth market knowledge, and a calm, results-driven approach to every transaction. Before moving into real estate, I worked as a Regional Sales Manager in New Zealand, where I built and led high-performing teams and supported brand and regional growth. This experience taught me how to position value clearly, negotiate effectively, and deliver consistent results. I hold a Bachelor of Marketing in Business from AUT and have been recognised with multiple sales and leadership awards, including achieving a personal sales record of $2 million in one year.
I specialise in Northshore and West Auckland and have lived in both areas, giving me strong local insight and a genuine connection to the communities I work in. Having personally experienced the process of researching, buying, and living in these areas, I understand the lifestyle and investment considerations that are important to my clients. I speak English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, and outside of work I enjoy spending time with family and friends — and singing karaoke whenever I get the chance.
