I graduated from Massey University with a Master's Degree in Management and a merit in Marketing, giving me strong analytical and marketing skills. After several years as a Business Development Manager at New Zealand's largest Chinese media company, where I learned the value of exemplary client services, I made my move to real estate.

With working experience in data analysis and market summary reports, I use my expertise to create data-driven strategies that maximise my clients’ interests. By leveraging market trends, comparable sales and buyer demographics, I ensure that every decision, from appraising the price to tailoring marketing efforts is based on accurate data, leading to the best possible outcomes for my clients.

I have built an extensive network of contacts across the greater Auckland region. Fluent in English and Mandarin, I utilise these connections to generate opportunities through referrals and long-term relationships.
