If you are looking for a hardworking, honest, and enthusiastic real estate professional to help you achieve your property dreams, look no further than Rodger McIntosh.
For Rodger, real estate is all about the people. A self-confessed people person, Rodger is passionate about providing an exceptional service to those he works with. He is well-known in the local community, having lived and worked all of his life in West Auckland, with the last seventeen years living on Te Atatu Peninsula.
Life experiences have given Rodger a wealth of knowledge and skill to draw on. Just one advantage that he brings to his clients is his great understanding of the building industry. Having worked as a design and build consultant for the past 12 years, Rodger can use his knowledge to help his clients through the process of checking a property is suitable, and assist them when they take on their own development projects.
In his spare time, Rodger enjoys spending time with his family. He has been happily married for over 40 years now, and has two adult children and three grandchildren.
Rodger is a huge believer in community involvement. He has belonged to many clubs and organisations over the years. A volunteer for Auckland Coastguard (active senior crew member and auxiliary rescue vessel skipper), Rodger's claim to fame includes the 2014 Rescue of the Year for Auckland Coastguard. Boating, fishing and diving have always been a big part of his life - he has been a member of the Te Atatu Boating Club for over 20 years and was previously a Rescue Helicopter Lifeguard and surf lifesaver at the Piha Surf Club.
