I first came to Auckland in 1989 as a swimming coach, from my home in Shanghai, and then went on to own and manage several successful restaurants and cafes in Auckland.

I first came to Auckland in 1989 as a swimming coach, from my home in Shanghai, and then went on to own and manage several successful restaurants and cafes in Auckland. At this time I also worked in real estate, for a company on the North Shore, helping new migrant families to purchase homes and settle in New Zealand.

I’ve always had a passion for real estate and property and joined Barfoot & Thompson Greenlane in 2005. Their family values align closely with mine, whilst the strong network of almost 1,500 salespeople provides major benefits for my vendors, and an amazing range of property for my buyers.

My goal is to offer the very best real estate experience for both my vendors and buyers, and I’ve established a large network of loyal clients, both here and overseas.

I believe that communication, understanding and being informed are key ingredients to a great client-focused relationship. Being a natural people- person, I have the ability to communicate with clients from all backgrounds and cultures, and am fluent in both Mandarin and English.

When not selling real estate I enjoy travel, photography, sailing and cooking.

Going the extra mile to achieve an outstanding result, and seeing my clients truly happy, is paramount to me.
