Kasey's background is in manufacturing, starting as a junior sales executive then working his way to become manager, overseeing the total operation of a factory in Asia. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dalhousie University in Canada and has also gained a National Certificate in Real Estate and CAT for carpentry at UNITEC.
