Previous experience working for the Chinese government helping to attract foreign manufacturing set me up with many of the skills that have led to my success in real estate - marketing and promotional know-how, the ability to network, develop strong relationships and exceptional negotiation skills. I'm also qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (China), and a Bachelor of Business (NZ).

My ability to speak fluent English as well as multiple Chinese dialects has allowed me to build a very diverse network. I have a wide pool of both local and international contacts, and can easily bridge any communication gaps between buyers and sellers.
