Born in southern China, Susan grew up in Guang Zhou City. She graduated from Zhongshan University majoring in Sociology.

Keen to further her studies, Susan came to live in New Zealand in 2000 – later graduating from Massey University majoring in Psychology.

Initially Susan started her real estate career in 2002. Shortly after having a break to start a family. Three children later, Susan wanted to return to her passion of selling property.

As a resident of the North Shore, Susan joined her local Barfoot & Thompson office at Northcote in 2010. She has steadily progressed her real estate career. A sure sign that Susan is doing “good business” is the growth in number of repeat and referral enquiries that she benefits from.
