Prior to getting into real estate Marlene had years of experience in top level business administration within some of New Zealand’s largest companies which has honed Marlene´s skills in customer service, organisation and negotiation, ensuring her smooth transition into real estate. Offering honesty, integrity, professionalism, an eye for detail and total commitment, Marlene knows how to foster business relationships and works tirelessly to deliver exceptional results in assisting clients to achieve their property goals and objectives.

Marlene resided in Auckland most of life, and has been visiting Mangawhai as her holiday home since 1994. She has been a director of a local Mangawhai holiday park for several years, and she really knows the property market in the area very well. Her experience in buying, selling, investing and renovating her own properties over the years has given Marlene a deep insight into her clients' needs and she knows how to deliver.
