I spent more than 10 years working for one of New Zealand’s largest software companies, collaborating with teams across diverse cultures. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, work efficiently, and connect seamlessly with people from all backgrounds.

Now, moving into real estate, it’s a privilege to work alongside my wife, Lana Hong. Together, we bring complementary backgrounds in technology, marketing, and hands-on property experience, combining expertise with empathy to deliver outstanding results and make every step of the journey enjoyable.

Having lived and worked across Auckland’s North Shore and Rodney for the past 15 years, we know these communities and their property markets inside out. Over the past 13 years, we’ve been closely involved in buying, selling, renting, and building homes, experiences that give us a genuine understanding of what matters most to people. Having been through the process ourselves, we understand the excitement, the challenges, and the importance of clear, open communication.

In my spare time, I enjoy sharing real estate stories and insights on Xiaohongshu (Red Book), where I’ve built a community of more than 4,000 followers. It’s been a rewarding way to connect with others who share an interest in property, lifestyle, and the New Zealand market.
