Esther has been around real estate her whole life but started in asset management less than a decade ago. After going to school, travelling, and facilitating leadership development in previous roles, she took her love of working in teams and empowering people and paired it with real estate

From a very young age, I knew I was a very collaborative and team-oriented person. I’ve always been drawn to wanting to motivate and inspire other people. I ultimately found myself as a new property manager in one of the most competitive cities Auckland just working day in and day out to figure it all out. I found myself being challenged in remarkable ways and had the opportunity to learn from some pretty incredible people.

I never thought then, that just a few years later, I would be ranked as one of the top high earning managers in the western region , eventually have my own team, get to work in an incredible new branch at Barfoot and Thompson Mt Roskill , and be in the position that I am now. It’s been a fantastic journey and I feel like I am still just at the beginning.
