Prior to real estate I ran a successful business as a professional photographer for over 25 years. I understand the importance of communication when relating with my clients, with the focus always being on the desired result.

Auckland city was home for 15 years so I know how it relates to properties on the other side of the harbour. I returned to the coast in 2006 with my wife Vanessa, and our children, who at that stage were beginning their schooling. I wanted to give them the same opportunities that I had while growing up.

My wife and I both support local community projects and feel a sense of pride living in such a special place. An interesting fact about the Gatman name is that it is embedded in the history of the Hibiscus Coast. A local business, Gatman Motors, served the community for over 50 years.
