In 1992, when I arrived in New Zealand from Italy, I joined the fascinating world of real estate. Coming from a family in the building industry and having completed the Italian degree in Law, I felt this was where I was meant to be. From the start, I focused on selling in the areas I love the most in Auckland; Parnell and the northern slopes of Remuera.

Most of my real estate career has been with Barfoot & Thompson in the Parnell branch, where I have been the top salesperson at least ten times. I think my clients would agree that I am skilled, caring and honest and I feel sincerely grateful for being their salesperson of choice, and most of all, they know they can trust me.

It is very rewarding for me to help someone to find the right property and it is such wonderful feeling when a house sells – you’re part of a massive life journey for the vendors and the purchasers.

I always make the effort to be very informed about everything. I learn all about the properties in the area and what they have sold for; I follow economists, locally and internationally, so I have really good information about the economy and the property market.

Over the years, I have seen property cycles come and go, sometimes with escalating prices and other times in a challenging market. While the tactics I recommend keep changing, as buying trends change during different cycles, I have learnt to look for solutions where there seems to be none, always looking for the positive and to keep going until I reach an outcome that works for everyone. I try to find those solutions efficiently, pragmatically and to help those involved, work through what can be demanding situations.

My clients know that I care, and many return to me to buy or resell their property. Like most Italians, I have passion and flair. In my case, there is also a love of real estate that has kept me succeeding in the industry for more than 20 years.
