If you asked me what are the most important things in life, I would say family, friends and healthy relationships. The aspect of real estate that I the enjoy the most is establishing and maintaining good relationships with my clients.

Selling a property for a client means I am in constant communication during the entire process and after the sale too! I like becoming an important part of their lives. I maintain my client relationships so when they are back in the market, I am front of mind. In fact, once a client always a client.

I take every property transaction for every client seriously and personally. I am committed to

ensuring the best possible result. With thorough preparation, commitment, knowledge and research, I use all these important tools to ensure that my client’s sale is a satisfying one.

Discovering everything about a client’s property, the market, recent trends, (in particular target demographics) and being aware of prospective buyers, is the pathway to success and has contributed to my excellent track record.

Fortunately, I can always be counted upon to see the lighter side of situations. I can be charming when I want to be and somewhat cheeky! This usually helps when supporting the local clubs, societies and charities! When it comes down to it, I’m a people person. My confident and down-to-earth personality puts people at ease and I make many friends along the way.

Besides my love for cooking, other interests include golf and fishing. Also, something you should know about me is my determination to win. Whether I’m playing sport or making that perfect sourdough loaf, I apply the same determination when working on behalf of my vendors or purchasers. I strive for the best possible result!
