A true real estate professional, Carol is qualified with a Bachelor of Property from the University of Auckland that included specialised property courses in valuation, finance, investment, land use planning, marketing, management and building construction. Her degree also fulfilled the academic requirements for membership to a number of professional bodies including the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand. Carol has a National Diploma in Quantity Surveying at Otago Polytechnic and worked in that field for a few years. In addition to English, she speaks Mandarin and has a good understanding of Cantonese.

Since arriving in New Zealand in 2002, Auckland’s central suburbs have been home for me. Living here, you’re close to some of the best shopping precincts, top-class public and private schools, wonderful eateries and all the amenities a family needs. I love the atmosphere that these facilities create. Having now successfully journeyed in real estate sales for several years, I have discovered the limitations of a large company when it comes to providing the ultimate real estate experience for my clients. Having observed the UP ‘real estate by design’ approach, I decided I wanted to be able to provide this bespoke tailored approach utilizing their in house marketing team. Selling a property is all about marketing. My ability to adjust a strategy according to changes in the market and also my multi-media influencer background are critical marketing tools.
