Qiao holds a Bachelor of Engineering and Commerce from the University of Auckland, graduating with First Class Honours in both Structural Engineering and Accountancy. Before real estate, she worked with global firms Aurecon, AECOM, and PwC, gaining valuable experience in the property and financial sectors.
