Philip Bexley
Philip works as an Associate to his father, Warren Bexley.
Positivity, communication, diligence and drive are four key ingredients in a successful real estate professional. Without positivity, it's very easy for clients to become disheartened when missing out on that elusive dream house; without communication, it's easy for them to become confused and frustrated with the process; without diligence, they can be dissatisfied with less than spectacular marketing and mediocre industry knowledge; and without drive, it's likely that they'll be disappointed when their salesperson provides them with average results.
Luckily for his clients, Philip Bexley understands the importance of these four key ingredients and has them all in spades. Constantly encouraging, an exceptional communicator, thorough, persistent and determined, Philip has all the attributes of a highly successful salesperson.
The decision to move into real estate was an easy one for him. He is passionate about two things: people and property. This role where he gets to interact with people on a daily basis is one that he thrives in. Philip's background in Social Work gives him an empathetic and understanding ear, enabling him to mix easily with a variety of people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds. He loves the diversity of West Auckland and cites this as one of the things that first drew him to the area.
Another of Philip's main strengths is his skill with technology. He prides himself on staying up to date with cutting-edge technology and is more than happy to share his knowledge with his clients. With his tech-savvy nature, you can be assured that he always finds a way to stay in contact with you and provide you with the latest market news. This also allows him to deliver top notch marketing which, combined with his excellent negotiation skills, lead to outstanding results.
In his spare time, Philip loves spending quality time with his wife and son. He is very involved in the community, holding a position as Chairperson of the parent committee at his son's local kindergarten and participating in community groups.
