Loving real estate worldwide!
After living in Los Angeles for 14 years and accumulating eight valuable years of experience in the real estate industry, Rachel decided it was time to come home and live the Kiwi dream.
You could say that she’s loved real estate worldwide, and as they say, there’s no place like home!
In 2008, Rachel began her real estate journey as a licensed assistant to a team of top-producing agents in Hancock Park, Los Angeles.
Over a two-year period, she assisted in closing over $60M in residential real estate sales. From there, armed with knowledge, Rachel moved on to working as a real estate salesperson that specialised in investor relationships.
Developing an expertise in market research, marketing packages, branding, social media, negotiating, writing contracts, qualifying clients and managing multiple projects for investor clients.
Finally she ended her stint in the States as an executive assistant in a real estate investment firm with approximately $5 billion of investment capital.
In 2018 it was time to slow down so Rachel moved back to Hikurangi and once she got her real estate license it was not long until she noticed a gap in the market – old fashioned service from an agent who lives locally and loves living there.
Today you can find Rachel residing on Jubilee Road in Opuawhanga with her partner Stacey, her three kids, her dog Gus and cat Maggie.
She is a trustee on the Hikurangi Friendship House Trust and is a volunteer on the Hikurangi Library committee.
You can regularly find her volunteering at local events and enjoying everything that living close to the coast has to offer.
If you’re looking for an experienced salesperson who really values what Hikurangi has to offer and loves living there – give Rachel a call today.
