As a founding director of The Collective, I’m proud to work alongside a team that values innovation, integrity, and always putting people first. I collaborate closely with clients and professionals, listen carefully, act with precision, & deliver results.
I chose Dunedin to be my home after moving down from Tauranga in 1987 to attend Otago University—and I’ve never looked back. I love this city, I love the South Island, and I genuinely believe Dunedin is one of the best places in New Zealand to live and do business.
After three memorable years as a scarfie, I joined the police and served in Auckland & Dunedin. After a decade of public service, I shifted to the private sector and discovered a passion for real estate. More than 20 years later, I’m still in the game, and now proud to be a co-owner and director of The Collective.
At The Collective, I work alongside a talented team who share the same values—hard work, authenticity, innovation, and a true commitment to putting clients first. We’re entrepreneurs at heart, always looking for smarter ways to market and streamline the sales process.
I bring a perfectionist’s mindset to every property I list, because after all, it’s not about me. It’s about you.
If you're looking for an experienced, down-to-earth real estate expert who knows Dunedin inside and out, feel free to reach out to me or one of our trusted team members today.
I bring over 20 years of real estate experience, backed by a business degree from Otago University and a decade of service in the New Zealand Police.
I take a no-nonsense, results-focused approach—balancing professional precision with genuine care.
