Aiden comes to Bayleys from a family legacy of success in real estate. His mother Dianne Holland is a renowned agent so Aiden has learned from one of the best in the business. With a passion to succeed, Aiden admits there is more than a hint of family rivalry at play. Seeing how much his mother has been able to achieve for her clients his aim is to surpass that and do even better!

Aiden has an infectious enthusiasm for everything he does and will stop at nothing to achieve his clients’ goals. Young, energetic and tech savvy, Aiden has a great understanding of the up and coming buyer market and how best to use social media and other technology to reach them. He knows how to employ the latest marketing methods and keeps ahead of trends to ensure his clients’ properties always shine above the rest. His technical skills also extend to using databases and networking effectively to ensure wide buyer reach.

Aiden’s empathetic and compassionate nature saw him utilise his savvy business and practical skills when he travelled to Africa helping those in need, including rebuilding a home and assisting a local to start their own business, which in turn helped the whole community. Outside of real estate Aiden enjoys spending time with friends and family along with a consistent gym routine to keep fit. He also loves tinkering with cars, which might see him swapping a seat to pulling the transmission.
