He understands what makes each suburb unique and what purchasers are looking for. This allows him to perfectly target each home to the right buyer market for outstanding outcomes.

Rob has a true passion for people and it shows. Helping people to relax and feel at ease is always his goal. He thrives on meeting clients, understanding their dreams and goals then devising a plan to deliver. His focus is firmly on assisting and he has an innate ability to get alongside people from all walks of life. Rob loves to create win-wins, matching the perfect purchaser to each vendor’s property.

Rob’s background means he knows how homes are constructed from the ground up and he enjoys sharing this knowledge so people can make fully informed decisions. Other key skills include the ability to work to deadlines, innovative problem solving and navigating high-pressure situations with ease. He knows that when marketing a home, attention to detail is everything and he takes the time to ensure his vendors know what can be done so their home stands out from the rest.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys golf, motorsports and travelling to all the corners of the globe with his family and is a very keen gardener.

Rob likes to work in the area that he lives in so he can keep his finger on the pulse. Currently that is Waterloo/Waiwhetu where he focuses on establishing a trusted reputation for being the go-to agent for all things property in the area and beyond to the wider Hutt Valley including Eastbourne to Upper Hutt.
