Kate has a background in farming and rural business, with hands-on experience since 2012. She joined real estate in early 2024, bringing practical know-how and strong attention to detail to support clients through the sales process.

Kate brings a solid mix of practical farming experience and business know-how. She and her husband Michael began farming in 2012 through an equity partnership and have been farming in their own right since 2018. Kate plays an active role in running their operation while also managing the business side of things and a few other ventures along the way.

While raising two kids, she’s overseen a property build, started a small wool business, nursed part-time at Wairarapa Hospital, and helped other farmers with business admin, ram sales, marketing, and accounts. She’s organised, efficient, and focused on making sure things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Working alongside Andrew, Kate’s attention to detail and broad skillset help keep the process on track and support the best result for everyone involved.
