Before real estate Phil forged a career in the tourism industry, which saw him operating and selling tours across New Zealand. Outside of work Phil enjoys running marathons, competing in road cycling events and taking his classic American cars out for a spin. He is an active member and supporter of TTT Runners, a local running club in Papakura, and of Takanini business networking group All Round Networking. His never-give-up attitude can be seen in the fact that Phil has climbed Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest freestanding mountain in the world, and walked the Camino de Santiago trail across Spain, a distance of 836 kilometres.
