Ben Jameson started working in the real estate industry in 2009 for Bayleys Real Estate. Ben has managed many projects across the real estate spectrum in residential, lifestyle and rural sales including subdivision and larger developments. Bens philosophy is that ‘No project is too big or small to be done well’. Ben has a strong sales background having worked nationwide in the tourism and hospitality industry, followed by five years in the health insurance industry, where he worked with a wide range of businesses in South Auckland. He spent three years coaching and leading a team, with 15 sales staff and account managers and today he still shares his business knowledge as a mentor and coach for new agents .

Ben joined the Bayleys Counties team so that he could enjoy the lifestyle of working in the Franklin area where he and his family live on a farm in Mauku. Ben has spent considerable time with his family in Franklin and he enjoys the sense of community and the friendly local approach that exists throughout the district. Ben and his wife Abi have two beautiful children attending Pukekohe High School and Abi teaches at Patumahoe School - the heart of the local community.
