Prior to earning her License, Michele worked for some years in Christchurch as Canterbury Regional Manager for P&O Nedlloyd. She left Corporate life in the late nineties to raise her family, and, after some years, became involved in the building industry as co owner of a nationwide group building company. This was where she honed her passion for building new homes. As a result of being involved in this company, Michele also gained experience in running one of the franchises.
