I joined Meo Realty in 1997, worked for Colin Meo until the company closed, from there I was recruited to work for Bayleys, and Kellands Real Estate until Ray White Ponsonby for the past 10 years. I have now joined Bayleys, Waiheke!

An Elite performer in the world of real estate, Tricia Lafferty now brings this expertise to Waiheke, elevating the process of buying and selling to a new level for Bayleys’ island clients. Over her career Tricia has won marketing awards and has always ranked in the top 3% of agents for over 20 years.

Making a real difference by engaging both buyers and sellers in a positive, genuine way is what sets Tricia from the rest. Her impressive real estate career, which spans nearly three decades, demonstrates her focus on putting people first results in winning outcomes.

Tricia’s successful philosophy combines transparency, trust and empathy with a proven track record. She draws on her significant industry experience to discover the potential of each property and the best way to present it to the market for maximum impact.

Tricia’s highly respected reputation has been built exclusively on the results she has achieved and the exceptional service she provides both vendors and buyers.

Clients that have been lucky enough to work with Tricia are typically amazed by her extraordinary marketing, negotiation and people skills. Tricia is known for not just achieving street and neighbourhood prices, she is known for breaking them. Working with renowned agent Kym Aikin, together Tricia and Kym make a formidable team.

Outside of work Tricia enjoys playing tennis, drawing and painting, walking, reading, cooking and entertaining friends and family. She also loves immersing herself in exceptional movies, documentaries and British dramas – hardly surprising as before real estate Tricia worked in the film and television industry for 15 years.

Tricia is proud to have a strong connection to Waiheke Island. Her mother resided on Waiheke and her brother lived there for 35 years. This means Tricia has had a long history of enjoying this unique part of Auckland and so it was no surprise she chose to purchase a home on Waiheke a number of years ago. She has always considered Waiheke her spiritual home and the place she loves most.
