Michael is a qualified valuer and an associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a seasoned real estate professional with over 35 years of experience in the industry.

As a former Associate Director of the Bayleys Investment agency team specialising in investment and development property he has a strong business network across New Zealand and offshore. He is experienced at building project teams having spent ten years as manager and shareholder of Bayleys North Shore where his team achieved exceptional results. This expertise is invaluable in leading the Bayleys Add Value real estate team, which identifies the appropriate project team, specific to the location and asset class to provide clients with trusted real estate advice that delivers superior results.

Known as open and direct, his client-centric approach allows Michael to build highly trusted relationships. Michael is recognised for creative thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver pragmatic and personally tailored solutions.
