From a young age, Stephen realised that the only way to succeed in the industry was to apply genuine commitment in every aspect of his work. "I've always endeavoured to do the right thing by my clients," he says. The formula paid off, developing many long term business relationships and allowing his career to thrive.

By 2002 he was an associate of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand and his career had propelled him to the highest echelons of the industry in the Southern region. Leading from the front as an agency principal and director, Stephen’s been in key advisory roles to staff throughout his career.
