Ben is an Associate Director in the Auckland CBD Investment Sales Team at Colliers International. He has 10 years property industry experience across both the New Zealand and UK property Markets.

Throughout his career, he has worked in a diverse range of rolls including valuation, portfolio management and both sales & leasing brokerage, giving him an excellent understanding of the different facets of the property industry.

Ben’s diverse range of experiences provides him with a broad understanding of the motivators for both purchasers and sellers, greatly assisting in any transactions and negotiations

Ben is currently specialising in syndications, investment properties, land sales, office, retail and mixed use properties.
