Prior to his leap into real estate (anyone who knows Quilly will confirm he’s more of a leaper than a stroller), prominent positions in Queenstown tourism had already placed him firmly on everyone’s radar as a good kiwi bloke with a top sales pedigree and a personality that can brighten up a dull day.

Results speak for themselves in real estate, and Quilly’s talk louder than most. Word of mouth recommendations ensure Brendan’s phone rings – a lot. Local charitable works as MC, commentator and of course auctioneer mean he’s a busy man. Sought-after for his ability to entertain a crowd, the family man can extract every last dollar from an auction room, be it corporate, charitable or real estate, with a seasoned mixture of acumen, negotiation and pure cheek.
