Logan Roach - Investment Sales, Colliers International CBD

Logan is a key member of the Auckland CBD Investment Sales Team at Colliers International. Prior to joining Colliers, he completed a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Auckland and swiftly transitioned into the role of Business Development Manager for New Zealand’s largest specialized waste and recycling equipment supplier. Drawing on the skills gained in that role, Logan now applies his knowledge to his strong interest in commercial real estate.

Logan focuses on building and maintaining long-lasting relationships by prioritizing his clients' needs to achieve the best possible outcomes. He specializes in retail, office, mixed-use, and residential development land sales within Auckland's City Fringe market, with a particular focus on the Panmure, Glen Innes, Mt Wellington, Ellerslie, Greenlane, and Eastern Suburbs areas. Since 2020, Logan has brokered over $150 million in sales.

In 2023, Logan was awarded the Golden Gavel as the most successful auction sales broker at Colliers.
