Both offer significant tenure having devoted themselves to their clientele with recognised Bay of Plenty real estate brands and are consistently placed in the top 10% of New Zealand sales consultants. In 2022, they embarked on their dream to give Tauranga homeowners and buyers a fresh new direction and now deliver an extraordinary real estate experience under their own unique flagship name.

MEET TRACEY

A well-recognised face on Tauranga’s real estate scene, award-winning Tracey East brings her almost 20 years real estate track record to the table. This comes on top of exceptional talents from a past career working in design and marketing both here and overseas. After many years in partnership with her mother assisting clients to buy and sell property, Tracey then went on to join forces with Trevor in 2011.

Originally from South Africa, Tracey’s decision to make the Bay of Plenty her home was a life-changing move for her family. Embracing the unique energy of the region and an appreciation for its striking geography inspires Tracey to harness her aesthetic skill and eye for detail to showcase homes to their best advantage. Compassionate and empathetic, Tracey’s warm manner and capacity to connect quickly with those around her builds immense trust and loyalty. Well networked both in New Zealand and abroad, Tracey is a global thinker yet deeply connected to and committed to her adopted hometown. Tracey’s unwavering work ethic along with her tenacity and determination to move her clients in the direction they desire is what sets her apart from the rest.

She and Trevor successfully blend their extended crew of four adult children and two cherished grandchildren, dedicating precious spare time to their family. Advocates for living a healthy and balanced lifestyle they relax on their bikes, on the water, and walking on the beach with their adorable Cavachon dogs, Teddy, and Cotton.

MEET TREVOR

For over 20 years Tauranga native award-winning Trevor East has represented homeowners and buyers in the wider Bay of Plenty region. Growing up on a farm, Trevor has a close affinity with the land and deeply understands the connection that Kiwis have to owning their own “bit of dirt”.

As a left-brain thinker, Trevor has significant business acumen from his background running his own company and working in the meat and dairy industries. He has the capacity to think on his feet and is responsive and dogged when he is negotiating a deal. He not only knows the Bay of Plenty region like the proverbial back of his hand, he also enjoys just a few degrees of separation from many of the locals! When Trevor joined forces in 2011 with hardworking colleague Tracey they co-created a personalized, valued home buying experience adapting their complementary and diverse skill sets.

Tracey is the gregarious aesthete to Trevor’s analytical technician. He is a pragmatic hands-on guy who can walk the talk regarding bricks and mortar. A superb communicator who makes it his mission to maximise the best possible price obtainable on the sale of a property, Trevor is admired for his capacity to secure every last dollar in the sale of a home.

Quality time with the family, grandchildren and dogs is a priority but to decompress Trevor loves to hit the open road on his Harley Davidson motorbike. When they can spare the time, he and Tracey love travelling overseas to experience different cultures.
