Ian and Cheryl Kitchen work as a team in the greater Whangarei and Bream Bay areas. They cover from Mangawhai and Kaiwaka in the south to Kauri, north of Whangarei.
Ian and Cheryl Kitchen have been working together in the Northland real estate industry since 2003. Together they’re a great team that provide a seamless real estate service for anyone who is buying, selling, upsizing, downsizing, considering an investment property or looking at a development opportunity. Their unique skill set and experience in property development, sales, marketing and administration gives them an edge that many agents don’t have.
Ian and Cheryl’s accolades show that when you work with Ian and Cheryl you can expect nothing but the best in exceptional service and fantastic results. And importantly, when you work with them you know you’re working with true straight talking Northlanders.
Both Ian and Cheryl grew up in the greater Whangarei district and have lived, raised a family and worked here for many years.
They have been heavily involved in the community as both active members and committee members of numerous sporting clubs including Kamo Rugby, Waipu Golf Club and as sponsors of the Waipu Rugby Club.
What makes them unique as a real estate team is their local work experience outside of the industry. Early on Ian worked as an engineer and company manager and Cheryl worked in marketing and promotions. They have also developed coastal properties and successfully taken those developments to market. One such development of special note is Paradise Shores in Ruakaka which they have been heavily involved with since 2003.
With many repeat clients, Ian and Cheryl’s friendly, authentic and high-integrity performance helps fellow New Zealanders to find success each year and they’re always a real estate team you can rely on.
