Sue began her real estate career in the late 1990s, with Gemma following in 2007. Today, Gemma brings 19 years of industry experience and leads the business day to day, delivering strategic marketing, strong negotiation, and exceptional results for her clients. Sue has stepped back from full-time real estate but remains closely involved behind the scenes, providing guidance, support, and the benefit of her extensive experience when needed.

Gemma lives in Kaiapoi with her husband, James, who plays an integral role in supporting the business, along with their two children.
