Lydia O’Loughlin is an outstanding, polished real estate agent and from the moment you first meet her, it will be clear to you why. Having represented New Zealand in swimming from a young age and as a New Zealand Olympian, Lydia’s determination, motivation and drive are all well developed skills that are transferred into everything she does. After years in the pool, countless early morning sessions and racing on the international stage, she knows how to hold her calm, perform under intense pressure and deliver results - all key attributes when considering the right agent for you.

In addition to this, Lydia has twenty years of Educational Leadership in both New Zealand and the UK. She has held roles as a Principal, Deputy Principal, Foundation Board of Trustees Member, Senior Leadership Team and Director of Sport.

Lydia, a mum of three, is actively engaged in the local community and is a lifeguard for Taylor’s Mistake Surf Life Saving Club. Throughout summer she volunteers her time to patrol the beach and ensure the safety of all those that come to enjoy the bay and the surroundings. She also competes as an athlete for Taylor’s Mistake at the Surf Life Saving Nationals every year.

Internationally, she also holds an advisory role for the World Academy of Sport based out of head offices in England and Switzerland. Alongside a selected handful of other international Olympians they regularly connect with and inspire future athletes from all around the world.

As you can see, Lydia enjoys a rich and varied life and all the skills she holds can be utilised on behalf of her clients to deliver and exceptional real estate experience.
