Having had a long business background in Singapore, I have returned home to New Zealand to pursue to career in Real Estate. Linking both local and international sellers and buyers.

Having grown up in New Zealand, I have had a passion for property via family investments through my childhood.

After racing for New Zealand as a professional triathlete, and completing my business degree via Massey University, I packed up and moved to Singapore to set up a sports science laboratory.

Through my time in Singapore I was able to successfully start, scale and sell, two businesses, the last of which was Le Bono Collection that was a distribution company, representing brands such as Nuzest.

Having landed back in NZ, in November 2023, I set to work to become a licensed Real Estate Agent.

My key area of specialty will be to connect those looking to sell their property, to a pool of international buyers and investors in Singapore. This will take time, but there are already willing agents and financial service providers in Singapore who are very keen for their clients to internationalise their investment portfolios, and as New Zealand and Singapore have a agreement in place, whereby Singaporean citizens can purchase property in NZ, it is an opportune moments for sellers to position their properties far beyond NZ shores, while still actively promoting listings locally. Capturing the best of both opportunities.

After a successful career as a professional triathlete, Scott has dedicated the last 15 years to entrepreneurship in Singapore, where he has successfully founded, built, scaled, and sold multiple companies across various industries. Scott has recently relocated to Christchurch, New Zealand, with his young family and has embarked on his real estate career with Harcourts Grenadier.
