Raising the Barr for Real Estate

Born and bred in Southland, Denise grew up on a family farm where working hard as a team; doing what it takes to get the job done well and helping your neighbours was a family mantra. This philosophy she has carried with her ever since.

Over the years, Christmas holidays were spent camping in and around Wanaka, and falling in love with the area, Denise eventually moved down from Christchurch in 2018 to live her own Central Otago dream with husband Rob.

Hitting the ground running, by the end her first year of marketing real estate in Wanaka and the surrounds, Denise ranked within the top 15 of the Highland Real Estate Group and achieved the South Island Rising Star Award.

Drawing on her extensive experience as a sales manager, educator, career coach and now real estate sales consultant, Denise will support and guide you through every step of the process, making sure you are well informed along the way. She prides herself on achieving exceptional results while maintaining the upmost respect for clients and their goals. As a result she builds strong relationships, inspires trust and confidence and you will find her a pleasure to work with.

In her spare time, Denise is a committee member and volunteer on local community associations, and is well known for producing the "Dogs of Luggate" calendar as an annual fundraiser for local community projects.

Now, with Denise's business growing, Rob who has over 30 years experience working extensively in the UK, Australia and New Zealand in the construction industry and built environment has joined the partnership. Together, Denise and Rob's joint skills and knowledge in the property sector means they are definitely 'Raising the Barr' for real estate and ready and waiting to assist you with achieving your next step.
