Chris Davies is the Managing Director and Business Owner of Harcourts Platinum Blue & Arrow Realty, leading award-winning real estate businesses across Nelson and Tasman.

With a background in marketing, sales leadership and business development, Chris is passionate about challenging the traditional way of doing things and continually looking for better ways to deliver for clients, develop people and grow high-performing teams.

His leadership philosophy is simple: put people first, create a strong culture, give good people the tools and support to succeed, and never become comfortable with the way it has always been done.

Under Chris's leadership, Harcourts Platinum Blue & Arrrow Realty have continued to grow its presence across the region, bringing together strong local teams, leading technology, innovative marketing, training and the strength of the Harcourts network.

Chris believes a successful business should also make a meaningful contribution to the community it operates in. He is actively involved in initiatives supporting Nelson and Tasman, including youth development, mental health, charitable fundraising and local organisations.

He serves as Chair of the Inspire Foundation Nelson Tasman and has been behind community initiatives including Gloves Up for Gumboots, reflecting his belief that leadership extends well beyond the office.
