Since moving to Taupo, Arjun has gained local insight and has started building strong relationships in the community, while closely monitoring the property market. Hailing from a family of engineers and holding a degree himself, makes him very analytical in his approach.

Disillusioned by the 9-5 working norm with a successful company, Arjun decided to utilize his people skills working as an independent contractor for over a year in the Waikato region. Client focused by nature, Arjun believes an agent’s role is vital in helping customers make decisions easier.

The move to Taupo was primarily influenced by his better half starting her career as a conveyancing lawyer in one of Taupo’s firms. Not being someone to hinder his wife’s dreams, the move to Taupo made him look at Real Estate in a whole new perspective.

He realised over 75% of the population has one major long-term goal - To buy a house. A place for you and your family, a place of quiet, a place of love and happiness. Always eager to help, the idea of helping a large mass of people who share a common goal intrigued him. And not just any goal, to most, the biggest goal of their lives. Exciting!
