On completion of his degree, Mitchell was chosen to work in Melbourne for one of Australia’s most specialised valuation companies, before returning home to focus his true passions towards real estate.

Mitchell proceeded to work for Ray White – Ponsonby, one of the country’s most successful real estate offices, and quickly positioned as a top-ranking agent amongst an extremely competitive marketplace.
