Ian and Cheryl Kitchen have been working together in the Northland real estate industry since 2003. Both Ian and Cheryl grew up in the greater Whangarei district and have lived, raised a family and worked here for many years.

What makes them unique as a real estate team is their local work experience outside of the industry. Early on Ian worked as an engineer and company manager and Cheryl worked in marketing and promotions. They have also developed coastal properties and successfully taken those developments to market.
