They have picked up plenty of awards in their careers, including Regional Rookie of the Year at their previous agency, plus Number One for Auction Sales across Wellington in 2017. Since joining Lowe and Co they have developed their skills in selling by Tender and continued to grow their business at a rapid rate. They were awarded the Top Marketing Award in both 2019 and 2021 as well as Top Sale Price in 2021.

Mike and Socheata believe in presenting their listings to a high standard wherever possible, utilising premium home staging and helping owners with cosmetic tidy ups in many cases.
